Space plane X37-B spying on China

Spaceflight magazine wrote that the American space plane was spying for China.
Unpiloted space plane X37-B was launched into Orbit by the U.S. Air Force in March of last year and still has not returned to Earth.

Pentagon refuses to discuss the mission of this ship, but amateur space trackers have found that the way X37-B is almost identical to the way of China's space laboratory, Tiangong-1.
There is speculation that the X37-B is listening Chinese space lab by special sensors.
X-37B looks like a mini-shuttle, and can both just be sliding down through the atmosphere to land on the runway and also make repeated flights.
